Bauer North America is the Bauer Groups U.S. Sales Office, Parts Warehouse and Service Hub, dedicated to providing our customers in the North American market with the high quality service and support necessary for their success and their complete satisfaction with our products.

With this goal in mind, Bauer remains committed to maintaining our own comprehensive inventory of spare parts in the US, and to taking advantage of the benefits that direct, daily cooperation between Bauer North America and our factory in Austria bring us.

Centrally located in Michigan City, Indiana since 2002, Bauer North America is ideally positioned to provide quick responses to all of our customers.

Over 4,000 different spare parts and pieces of equipment are routinely stocked in our warehouse in order to support the many generations of long-lasting Bauer machinery operating in the market, and in anticipation of the parts requirements of our most modern product lines.
